Was hopefully but overall fell short. Classic example of false advertising: using Ai generated images or using images that aren’t actually yours because what I ordered based on images was COMPLETELY different from what I received. As a business owner, I hope this can be an opportunity for learning and change. I do wish this business luck. Ordered Vietnamese grilled pork Banh Mi. So - do I need to be charged an up charge to have actual cilantro or I only get the stems?? Flavor was good but totally put off that it just ruined the whole experience. Ordered coconut mango milk, added lychee jelly and tapioca. Also ordered fresh mango tea with tea jelly. Added tapioca. Clearly both look nothing like they’re advertised. I paid extra to have tapioca added so shouldn’t I have also gotten the tea jelly that the drink was advertised to come with? The tapioca did taste good and had good consistency. Plus you can tell they used actual tea. Hard to get past the absolute discrepancy on advertising vs. actual product though. Overall negative experience because I felt deceived. Won’t be returning or recommending. Unfortunate. 2 star review not a 1 only because the flavors weren’t bad.

Store was cute and clean. I liked how there was an ordering kiosk, so I could take my time looking at the options. The traditional banh mi was really good (toasted), and the popcorn chicken (flavored garlic and basil) was quite juicy and seasoned well. The bbq sausage was quite disappointing. You only get one small sausage for $3.65, and it was overly sweet and the texture was weird. The mango drink with milk (no sugar) was really refreshing, and had a natural sweetness all on its own.

Small store Bubble Tea was okay🧋‼️ Thai tea tastes like watered down Thai Tea-it wasn't what I expected. But we might come back and try the Bahn Mi sandwiches and fried chicken. But from the other reviews, I'm not sure when.

Cleanliness was my first concern walking in as I observe the cooks, the seating area and equipment, and condition of items. Customer Service/Communication was a fail. Came across that I was bothering them coming in to order and give them business. The mass amount of options on the drink menu is a positive and negative. Price was also high compared to other places visited for the same product and of higher quality. Ordered to-go Passion Fruit Tea, side of fries and 6 pc Korean fried chicken soy garlic sauce on the side

haven’t tried the drinks, but i love their food. their BBQ sausage is amazing and so flavorful, it’s my favorite thing to get. i got the grilled pork banh mi too which was also amazing. my friend got the korean bbq banh mi which wasn’t as good imo, but still enjoyable. their prices and portion sizes are both wonderful and i’m very happy to find a place that provides good food without being expensive.
